Who is responsible
This website is run by Cibelle Simin (.simin design & comunicação), in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. For any matter regarding your data, including as the data protection officer, the contact is contato@cibellesimin.com.br.
What data the site collects
The site has no forms or sign-up area. The only data collected are browsing statistics, and only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, time on page, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate city and the source of the visit.
When you click to chat on WhatsApp or send an email, the conversation happens outside the site, and the data you send is used only to reply to you.
What this data is for
To understand which projects draw the most interest, whether pages load well and where navigation can improve. The data is not sold, not used for ads and does not identify you by name.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies are only enabled with your consent (art. 7, I, of the LGPD). Storing your choice in your own browser is necessary for the site to work as you asked.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and a smooth-scrolling library from unpkg, which receive technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver those files. YouTube videos only load when you click to watch.
Sharing and international transfer
Statistics are processed by Google and Microsoft, which may store them on servers outside Brazil, under their own privacy policies and the safeguards provided in the LGPD.
How long
In Google Analytics, data is available for up to 14 months. In Microsoft Clarity, session recordings are available for up to 30 days and aggregated data for up to 13 months. After that, the tools delete them.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask to know what data exists about you, correct it, delete it, find out who it was shared with and withdraw your consent (art. 18 of the LGPD). Just write to contato@cibellesimin.com.br.
How to change your choice
You can accept or decline analytics cookies whenever you want, using the button below or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
